Under Data Protection legislation the Trustees of the Providence House Trust (PHT) are the Data Controller.
We are collecting this information to enable Providence House to keep in touch with you and so that we may provide you with information that may be useful or necessary in connection with your association with us. Data Protection legislation allows us to process this information as we regard it as being in the Trust’s legitimate interest.
Your name and contact details will be entered into Providence House’s database which is held securely and accessed only by the Trustees/Office Administrator. Your contact details will be removed from the database once you are no longer in regular contact with the Trust.
We would like to include your name and contact details in our Database, which will be used to share information about activities of the Trust. We will not share your details with anyone else. If you are happy for your details to be included please indicate where asked to do so using the PHT GDPR Consent Form.
If you decide to change your mind about your information, you can ask for this to be amended or removed at any point.
You have the right to ask to see information such as minutes of meetings where you are mentioned by submitting a ‘Subject Access Request’ to the Trustees. You also have the right to ask the Data Controller to have information which you believe to be incorrect to be rectified.
If you are concerned about the way your information is being handled please speak to our Data Controller. If you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
